The Butts, Worcester
This large brownfield site in the heart of Worcester city centre was acquired from NCP in 2001, together with an adjoining industrial estate. Bovale worked with City Council Planners to bring forward a development of 77 residential apartments, with car parking, in an attractively landscaped setting, following extensive remediation of the site. The Butts was sold to Miller Homes in 2003, who completed the build out initially conceived by Bovale.
