Tean Hall Mills, Stoke-on-Trent
Bovale purchased this 200 year old former textile mill in 2003, taking on the challenge of painstakingly restoring the fabric of the building and converting it into stunning modern living accommodation.
Listed buildings set in 4 acres within a conservation area, the redevelopment of Tean Hall Mills required Bovale to work closely with English Heritage and the local Planning Authority to create 72 residential apartments, bringing life back to the derelict site, but retaining its historical context. The development was completed at the end of 2008.
